The Orlando Cat Cafe is Open!
On behalf of everyone at the Orlando Cat Café, we thank you for your incredible loyalty and support these past few months! We strongly suggest you make a reservation as we cannot guarantee availability for our walk-in guests. Based on the latest guidance from the CDC, masks are strongly encouraged in our cat play area, but not required. Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you at the Orlando Cat Café!
Q: Can you tell me about your new operating procedures?
A: Yes! When you arrive, please check in and pay for your reservation at the Minch Coffee register. At your reservation time, please enter the vestibule door, use the hand sanitizer provided, and staff will let you know when you can proceed into the cat play area. From there, a staff member will go over the rules. You are welcome to eat and drink in the cat play area.
Q: Am I able to adopt a cat/kitten?
A: YES! Please make a reservation to come visit the cats for adoption purposes. Please click here to visit the adoption information link and see the graphic below so you can bring the necessary items needed to adopt.
Q: Will I have to wear a mask?
A: Based on the latest guidance from the CDC, masks are strongly encouraged for all guests in the cat play area; but are not required. Thank you for your cooperation.
Q: Where can I see the cats available for adoption?
A: Kitties in our Cat Play Area are updated as quickly as possible on our Adoption Gallery on the main page of our website, the Cool Cats Looking for Homes photo album on Facebook or the SPCA Florida website.
Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: We strongly recommend making a reservation as they are given priority over walk-ins. Click here for the Reservations page. You’ll be able to see the appointment times available and can book the time and day that works best for you.
