The Orlando Cat Cafe is Open!
On behalf of everyone at the Orlando Cat Café, we thank you for your incredible loyalty and support these past few months! Due to our new limited capacity rules, we strongly suggest you make a reservation as we cannot guarantee availability for our walk-in guests. Also, please note our strict policy that all guests are required to wear a mask and will have their temperature taken before entering our cat play area. We cannot provide masks so please be sure to bring your own. Please review our guidelines and FAQ’s below and we look forward to seeing you at the Orlando Cat Café!
Q: Can you tell me about your new operating procedures?
A: Yes! When you arrive, please check in and pay for your reservation at the Minch Coffee register. At your reservation time, please enter the vestibule door, use the hand sanitizer provided, and staff will let you know when you can proceed into the cat play area. From there, a staff member will take your temperature, go over the rules and will place you in one of the four sections of the room. At this time, we are not allowing patrons to walk freely around the room and we ask for you to stay in your section for your hour. You are welcome to eat and drink in your section; however, we do require that your mask stay on at all other times and is to only come off for eating and drinking purposes. Our staff will do their best to make sure you have adequate cat time and provide cleaned toys/wands for kitty entertainment. We do have lists of the cats in the play area in each section and our staff can provide answers to any specific cat questions you may have. After guests leave their section, we wipe all surfaces with disinfectant cleaners and sprays (safe for the cats).
